Assignment: visual branding
RAMBO
When the team behind RAMBO, Belgium’s masters of smashed burgers, approached me, they were initially looking for a logo for their beer. Their brand revolves around the bold, nostalgic energy of American (fast food & sports) culture, and this became the foundation of the design.
We chose a red and blue color palette—subtle yet unmistakably linked to that classic American vibe.
After successfully crafting the beer logo, I continued collaborating with RAMBO, designing logos for their ‘HOT FRIES’ and ‘NUGS’. Each logo maintained the cohesive style but was tailored to reflect the playful energy of the specific product while staying true to the fast-food aesthetic. The designs capture the bold & fun style of the iconic fast food restaurants culture while giving it an own twist.
The branding has since expanded to include merchandise, with shirts set to launch later this year. Working with RAMBO has been a rewarding journey of capturing their unique identity and bringing a slice of the American dream to Belgium. Now go taste that stuff in Brussels or Antwerp!
